How many buildings are currently in Dolphin Shores?
There are two existing buildings. The waterfront building J was built in 2015 and building A in the front of the community was built in 2007.
How many residential buildings will there be total when development is complete?
Building F is the third and there are seven more buildings to go. Totaling 10 buildings.
What is the completion date of development? How long will construction last?
The goal is to be completed in the next 2 to 3 years.
Are there 2 bedroom units and 3 bedroom units available on top floor?
Yes. There are 4 units of both the 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom units available on the top floor. As of today 3/8/2023 there are top floor units still available for purchase.
What is cost of the top floor units?
The prices for 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom units on all floors are the same at this point. $399,000 for three bedrooms and $359,000 for two bedroom on all floors. This is subject to change as the building nears completion.

What deposit is required?
$5,000 builder deposit (non refundable and credit toward closing costs) at time of contract
Does the community allow short term rentals / AIRBNB?
Yes. A recent change to the restrictive covenants have allowed short term rentals.
What are the monthly HOA fees?
$5,160 per year / $430 per month

Is there guest parking?
There will be covered parking along with designated guest parking throughout the neighborhood.
Do the units have walk-in closet?
Yes. In the 2 bedroom plan the Owner's Suite has a Walk In Closet and in the 3 bedroom plan, there are two Owner's Suites both with Walk In Closets. (see floor plans above)

Distance to hospital and name of hospital?
Novant Health is the closest hospital and it's 16 minutes away (11 miles). The next biggest hospital is New Hanover Regional in Wilmington which is 48 minutes away.
Distances to shopping, Doctors, Dentists, and restaurants?
You can be at shopping, doctors' office, dentist, and restaurants in 10-15 minutes. Major shopping in Myrtle Beach and Wilmington are all less than an hour away.
Where is the closest airport?
Wilmington International Airport is only 40 miles north, while Myrtle Beach International Airport is 55 miles south.
Can you dock your boat in the community?
Dolphin Shores offers day docks so you can tie up and come off the water and enjoy the pool and clubhouse. There are no long-term boat slips available at this time.
Can you launch your boat in the community?
There is no boat launch in the community however the public boat launch on at the Holden Beach Bridge is less than 10 minutes away.
Is there boat and/or RV storage?
A boat / RV storage lot will be available in the future phase of the development.
